Our film team visited a store in Bispingen with a sales area of around 3800 square meters. The store offers a first-class range of groceries, delicacies and regional products. The focus here is on the region around the Lüneburg Heath. Various fresh products, desserts and sausage products for the self-service counters in the stores are produced and packaged in the Heideküche. All products are of regional origin. The food packaged in the company's own production kitchen is then delivered to the Ehlers stores.
